Yes we have we more android devices than blackberries. We used to have all 40 licenses full but now I think 5 as so many have switched to android devices.

I may give it a shot I believe I get unlimited tech support as I work for a carrier. It's just amazing how much of a pain this is. I think exchange server was easier to install.

So tried with a new SRP and got past it and now it's saying I need .net 4.0 which I already have installed. I don't get all these issues and yes I have rebooted after .net 4.0 was installed.

The 9850/9860 is very nice but the on screen keyboard is a bit small compared to other on screen keyboards like the iPhone and android devices. Also the battery life is not very good at all.

The user ID is case sensitive also. I had the same problem and it was driving me crazy. I was doing it in all lower case and it would not let me in at all until I tried BESAdmin instead of besadmin....
