We're not seeing any issues with email delivery...

We're not seeing any issues with email delivery or the BAS....I was just concerned that the primary BES and standalone BAS servers have 90-95% of their physical memory utilized.

Our original plan was to run BAS + BES on the same box. I made a last minute decision to separate BAS onto its own box.

I have yet to find an answer on the high memory usage.

Just completed a migration of around 600 users...

Just completed a migration of around 600 users from 4.1.7 to 5.0.2 using the transporter and it worked extremely well. New BES servers and fresh SQL 2008 database.

Agree with above. If a user has No Status or Initializing just delete them. Instead of chasing them down you can have them call you when they want there Blackberry to work.

Just finished up the installation...no problems or errors during the upgrade. If you have a standalone BAS you need to update that first.

The best part was no downtime because I installed the SP...

You will need to do an Enterprise Activation...

You will need to do an Enterprise Activation after the upgrade using your method. You should contact your IT or whoever takes care of your BES to get a new activation password.
