In talking with Exchangemymail again - they had me create a new profile. so far - cross your fingers - everything seems to be working fine..... the thing that triggered this approach...

I upgraded to the newer 4.5 version (yes - deleted vendor.xml) - activated with BES - pushed books and *228. HTML mail is not an option - though it worked fine in the older 4.5 version.

They are hosting just one of 5 mailboxes for us - and I have had absolutely no problem being rejected by spam filters from my corporate customers.
