Problems removing the battery cover?

Anybody else having problems getting it off. I push the silver latch up but I can't get the cover to slide off.

Cool thing is I was a Alltel customer and now we got converted to VZW. They told me it was just a $20 upgrade so I'm gonna be out there bright and early in the morning.

BB 8830 MMS feature

Was this changed or fixed. I know for a while people said you couldn't send or receive pics in MMS but somebody sent me some pics the other day and I just sent one for the first time.

Verizon taking over Alltel?

I heard it was supposed to be at the end of the year. My question is my contract is up with Alltel in January. Will I be able to upgrade to the Storm? I have the 8830 WE now.

Problem with BB dropping calls during wireless sync

When my phone is syncing and a call comes in it won't let me stop the sync and take the call. Suggestions? Thanks

I can't adjust my tones for my SMS.

When I go to profiles/advanced and I click edit and go down to SMS text it won't let me edit. Actually the only thing I can edit is Phone. I can click on anything else. Suggestions? thanks
