You can add another email address just like the way you added the workplace...

Is it RIM that blacklists, or the carrier. because if it is the carrier, then a different carrier may be able to activate the device. that means it is not recoverable.

Is Device usable after service is disabled?

A friend of mine lost his device, and the carrier disabled the BIS service on the device. Does this mean that the device is no longer usable for a different carrier or even a different simcard?
