i would like to know if i download a firmware from other carrier for 8707 model, will that affect the whole device? or i should delete the vendor.xml file before proceed to upgrade...

If read emails in pc outlook, but its still show unread in device.

Settings on device.

Email Reconciliation

Delete On: Handheld
Wireless Reconcile: ON

I tried create new notes (memopad) on pc, it shows in device.
if create on device, its not shown in pc.
try to synch it, still no results.

when i apply filter on notes on device, it wont...

i am newbie here and would like to seek advise on some funny thing in my memopads.

if i edit a note on the pc it shows up on the device.
but the notes go away from the device.
