Yes I know I should do that, but the problem is that when I connect the BB to the pc, an error message pops in the screen saying that windows can't recognize the device and the BB doesn't appear in...

I think its a Bold, as RIM describes it as a Bold.

Hello, I bought a Blackberry Bold 9650, and when I activate the BIS in my phone, EDGE is not appearing in capitals so it means my BBM and all the other stuff that works with the internet system...
