I will say that the BB software is more sensitive to drops than even the firewall we have in place. If our connection drops, BES informs us first and then the firewall tells us that it has failed...

I'm not sure why you just don't have the BAS set the password for you and it will send an email to the user with the random password for activation. I'm pretty sure you've spent more time coming up...

Found out it's not that the emails aren't for her, they just have the wrong name on them. This might be an issue with BBM as she accidently changed her name to the other girls name when she set up...

The number of users per license is embedded into the license itself so without reverse engineering the key algorithm, there's no way to tell aside from deleting or adding them into a BES.

BES uses the honour system for Device CALs - it will complain everytime you log into the BAS but it won't shut down the system. As for switching SRP codes, I've never done that after installation.

The only thing that BES "adds" to exchange is hidden folders to the mailboxes of the users. If you deleted the users correctly, the hidden folders get removed at that time. The folders are harmless...
