That is correct. To turn off the unit you hold the top button. A countdown ensues from 3 down and off it is...completely. Now I tried the bedside mode..but still unsure how that is supposed to...

Looks like I'll be keeping my 9900 for a while...but it sure is tempting to give the Z10 a go.!

I just downloaded a cpl of apps from BBAppWorld. I had my BB connected to my laptop and downloaded through BBApp World.

For some reason their associated icons do not show up on my main screen yet...

Well this is my second time here on this thread. the first time we cannibalized 3 phones to make 2 good ones. the spare is still good and just now re-charging in case the re-loading of the app...
