whats the best route to install 4.5 on my BB? Its a sprint BB but its been flashed to metro pcs. Once i upgrade the OS i need to install the service books. Any help???I currently have no service...

i have an acct with metro pcs. everything else on the phone works fine. just can get online and cant receive picture mail. calls and sms works just fine

I do have an IT policy

Im pretty sure i do have an IT policy. the guy that can put the internet on here told me thats one of the things he'd have to do is remove te IT policy. how can i check if i do or not?

i am on a BB plan but since it was a sprint phone that was flashed to metro, the internet will not work. i know how to erase the IT policy off of it but i need to figure out how to put 4.3 on it

I have a BB 8703e flashed to Metro PCS. I know there is a way to update to 4.3 and put the internet on here but I cannot figure out how. Can anyone help me please??????8-)
