Well, I chickened out after fully reading the release notes and saw how the Known Issues far outweighed the fixed ones. So I just upgraded to 4.1.6 MR8 instead.

Yes, you must move your CAL's from your old server to the new one. You can move the users by using the Blackberry Transporter Tool. You need to install the Admin Pack before installing that though....
