I am trying to upgrade my BB 9700 and every time, whether I try to use the Desktop Software or just the App Loader, it always freezes for over 2 hours at the "connect to ROM" stage. Any suggestions?...

I have tried to follow this....where is the actual "Policy.bin" download file? Can anyone help me when I rung the regedit and go to HKey users\software\research in motion\blackberry\manager.....then...
