Thanks for that.

It has been a while since I worked om BES, but I found it difficult to believe that by imposing security policies on the handhelds, it removed a serious functionality of the BES.

I have been informed by our carrier that if we have enforced policies onto the handheld devices which lock the device after a numbere of minutes inactivity, that we can not "nuke" the devices.

Within Domino, which we use, the Read/Unread marks only synch when handheld is connected to the PC and synch'ed through Desktop Manager.
