Yeah, as far as web browsing you can definately do that over wi-fi once you setup the browser properly. You do have to toggle it between wifi and EDGE if you are going to use the phone network...

Older phones have either bluetooth 1.0 or 1.1. Anything with Bluetooth 2.0 will be able to support A2DP with the proper software support. A2DP is just a profile which will be able to be installed...
