I i have a Passport and I also have 1Mobile Market installed and I have no issues with setting and changing the wallpaper for my screens.

If I understand your problem correctly, I would suggest you change your blackberry ID password. Then make sure your BBM is fully operational on your device. It should be as simple as that. let me...
