Because your IP is changing frequently, this may be a case of RIM's network thinking that you are using your SRP on more than one server.

Call RIM T-Support and check to see if they have blocked...

BES only prepopulates a limited amount of messages on the handheld upon activation.
The default is 14 days.

For future activations, you can set the maximum pre population to 30 days or 3000...

BES doesn't store messages, so there would be nothing to delete.
You can either set up a filter to prevent those messages from being delivered to the handheld, or set up a rule in the user's mailbox...

If I remember correctly, Public Contact Folders are only one-way sync from Exchange --> Handheld.

Only the user's personal contacts will sync 2-way.

BES doesn't have an EXPORT/IMPORT feature for user accounts so there's no way to even do what you're suggesting.

Just keep the same SQL database and point the new BES to it. You won't need to...

To go from 5.0.2 to 5.0.3, you need to install Service Pack 3.
Applying Service Pack 3 will bring you to 5.0.3.

Once you're on 5.0.3, you can then install the latest Maintenance Release for 5.0.3.

You're skipping an update.

You first need to update to 5.0.3, then you can update to 5.0.3 MR1.

You can't open that file. The .rem extension means it is encrypted and can only be opened using the BlackBerry device that encrypted it.

You need oc2007_Desktop_2.5.56c.zip

That was released in September '11 and should contain everything you need.

Are you downloading the OTA package, or the Desktop package.
I know it sounds sort of backwards... but you should be using the Desktop package when deploying via BES software configuration.
