If they are tried and convicted in Iraqi court, what should happen to them?

Well, I will once again be concerned about due process, and that following due process they should be responsible for their actions. But can due process be achieved in contemporary Iraq? I honestly do not know the answer to that. IMO this is a significant dilemma.

I think that with some US supervision to ensure due process they should be punished as customary in Iraq. I see what you mean djm that you have to make sure they get a fair trial but beyond that I think it should treated as it usually would.
