Why is there no warning on ballots that legislators can cause serious problems to your wallet? That's at least a proven fact.

Actually, I would have expected Vermont to be the first to do this, not Maine. But then there are some strange ducks living there also. It gets pretty chilly in the winter so I guess the legislators don't have that much to do but think up new legislation?
