Man I hope karma comes around to people like you. How would you feel if you lost a $400 object, and someone found it, in tact, and had the means to find out how to get it back to you, but instead said "Finders keepers bud, your SOL."
So what are you going to do if the person who owns it has GPS tracking software installed and comes to collect and asks you why you didn't call the phone company to get it back to him?
