I'm trying to upload songs and photos to my 7130g. After plugging in my device to my computer and opening the Media Manager, I get to the screen where it shows your computer on the top and the device on the bottom. Problem is the bottom portion of the screen shows "No device is connected" although the screen on my BB shows "Connected to computer".
When I plug it into the USB it does not show as a drive it just comes up Blackberry smart phone.
It will acess my everything from outlook and save to my documents in blackberry phone manager, but when I try to use meadia manager it comes up not conected.
Is there any other way I can do it.

any help would be much appreciated
