I cant seem to download anything OTA. I'm trying to download the vista_blank theme but when i try to access the link from my device it says "http error 404: not found."

I've also tried converting the jad file to alx with JDE but i dont think i'm doing it right.

i have the blackberry plan and I CAN access the internet. any help would be greatly appreciated
