This is what a RIM tech told me today ... They pushed a software update this weekend that broke all owa connections on mail servers that auto redirect from http:// to https://. To fix the problem, you can probably just change the config to point directly to https://; I deleted and re-added the account and it works fine now. They said it was affecting a bunch of people.
