v2 of this theme (always withtout the carrier info on home screen and application screen and new wallpaper!)

Clear top version = Clear top menu bar on home screen and application screen

Black top version = Black top menu bar on home screen and application screen

Theme name: No Carrier Clear and No Carrier Black
