I just went ahead and followed the instructions to set up the Bold as a modem with ATT and I have to say I am impressed that its not only working but fairly quick. Definitely good enough for spur of the moment connections. A question that I have for anyone here is...has anyone here had any additional charges for using tethering without adding ATT's special tethering plan (in the scope of using this feature occasionally without large amounts of data)?
Right now I have a ATT Personal BIS Unlimited plan and the tethering function works fine...anyone else have the same experiences?
