Upgraded to OS 4.5.77 - can't open attachments

Today I upgraded a few things and now I'm having trouble viewing attachments. I have BB 8130 and I upgraded to OS 4.5.77. Along with the new OS came Data Viz "Documents to go." When I registered the product I was prompted to upgrade to their version 1.005 (030). (I also upgraded Empower Pro email viewer to version 3.0.72.7.)
Anyway - to test out "Documents To Go" I emailed myself a Word document (Microsoft Office 97) as an attachment. When I click on the email, I can view the e-mail and I can see that there is a Word document as an attachment. But I can't open it. When I press the blackberry button to try to open the document, nothing happens. Any ideas on this? I'm thinking that something is in conflict here... Any assistance with this greatly appreciated.
