I have the same problem

. The app seem to have installed but I cannot find the icon in any of the folders to launch it.

I have tried with versions 1.1.0 - 2.1.1. Every version shows up in "Advance Options -> Applications" but never an icon. I have tried using the OTA installer and Desktop Manager 4.7.

If anyone has a solution let us know.
