Javaloader, usb cable and the 7 .cod files from RIM (used to be 2 .cod files for previous versions). For english, that would be:
net_rim_bb_qm_sametime-1.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_sametime-2.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_sametime-3.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_sametime-4.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_sametime-5.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_sametime.cod
net_rim_bb_qm_sametime_resource_en.cod
For French, I assume you either sub "net_rim_bb_qm_sametime_resource_fr.cod" for "localization" or maybe you can load both and it lets you choose. Not sure as I have never done bilingual. I tried adding the _fr file to mine and it stayed english so I am not certain how to achieve multi-language support. Maybe you can only have ony language .cod file.
