I just want to post a public THANK YOU to David Grantz over at ExchangeMyMail.com. I convinced a very important client to me, to move from a POP3 email account and Cingulair's standard Blackberry email "forwarding" to BES services+Blackberry wireless sync with ExchangeMyMail.com

After an hour after the conversation/account was done, email service STOPPED to my client. Of course, my client freaked out, I was at another site and unreachable. By the time I heard wind of it, I got in touch with Dave, who spent AT 10 OCLOCK AT NIGHT, helping me figure out what the problem was. We solved it, due in no small part to Dave's resourcefulness [it was bad DNS MX entries at the domain at GoDaddy that had to be redone].

Their customer service is STELLAR, and if you are considering going to a hosted BES service and/or wirelessly syncing your Outlook and your Blackberry instantly, you will do no better then to get in touch with Dave and the fine folks over at ExchangeMyMail.com. I am a customer, love the product, and am constantly amazed at the high level of support I get. Awesome, awesome, awesome. Thank you Dave.
