Yes the track is complete and fine just doesnt upload fully. Everytime I try it stops at different intervals and doesnt make it to 100% unless it is a small track.

Such gaps in the uploading might be caused by the incomplete track recording, if the connection between the GPS receiver and the satellite was lost, etc.
