If you have a cable for your nokia to attach to your computer, you should be able to do this.
Typically you'll need either an application from Nokia - or other Phone tools which allow you to extract your contacts from your phone to your PC.
As long as you can get your file in some fashion to your PC, you can then import them into Outlook Express (or Outlook). Once there, you can use Desktop Manager to sync and get your contacts.
The important first step is having a cable to get your Nokia attached to your PC. There are some open source type applications which will let you connect to your phone - but you'd really need to seek someone with Nokia knowledge for that process (which isn't me).
I could walk you through getting Device Manager to sync with Outlook or Outlook Express.
