Anyone experiencing a UMA outage? I'm in Minnesota/North Dakota. At home and work today I'm not getting any UMA. Connecting to WiFi perfectly fine. I've done a couple of battery pulls. But being it wouldn't connect to UMA in two different locations - I'm thinking there might a UMA outage.

Anyone else?
