ok it's working again.
your petition doesnt specifically say what gripes you have about the device. you haven't presented in a logical and coherent manner how you expected the device to function based off of advertisements from verizon and how it has not functioned based off of those expectations.
any support person will tell you how do you expect us to help you when you haven't told us whats wrong.
