I think the point is "frustration!!". Yes, people can return there Storms or cancel service. But why should they need to. There have been updates after updates that have improved the performance of this device but all are unofficial. It has been over 4 months now since the release and no official update by Verizon. Those that posted in this thread saying it is a ridiculous thread are running the unofficial updates, making the device run much better. Please do not get on us that are waiting for the official release and frustrated because it is taking forever.
