The only catch with this (though Verizon's policies could have changed since I last looked into this), is that if you are ugrading to the Tour and usuing your "New Every Two" discount, then even if you return the Tour, you still have to upgrade to another device within that 30 days, or else you lose your new every two discount. So, if this is still Verizon's policy, make sure that there is another device youd want if you think you actually might return the Tour.
