The best network is really the one that works best for you where you need it - where you live, work, travel and play. I just love all of these marketing reports saying that one network is better than another. It really all depends on the user.
As for speed, that depends on so many factors, most of which are out of your control. Some are: the connection itself, your device processor and memory, your distance to the tower, tower congestion, even weather can play a role.
Again, it boils down to which carrier works best for the individual consumer is the best for that person.
