i DLed and installed this latest OS, but have a few questions.

When I go to "about" on my phone, why am I only upgraded to 4.6.1.310 and Platform 4.2.0.127?
I thought the NEW OS version offered in this link is 4.6.1.456 Platform 4.6.1.310?
