Here are the promissed photos so you can see what I mean. First, I hold the headset so the earpiece is whare it should be and you can see where the earhook lands. Then, I finally force it on my ear with great difficulty and this is the best I could position it. It is off by about 3/32" which is just enough to hurt. I include a backside picture so you can see the distance from the fulcrom point on the earhook and the earpiece. Note that the earpiece is pushing against the cartilidge in the back of the ear and levaing a gap near the ear canal. It is that pinching that hurts.
