I think she's looking for a subforum due to the fact there are issues at times finding HAC BlackBerrys, and though some are considered hearing aid compliant they do give feedback. Though I don't know if there is enough information to have a forum on that alone. Maybe a stickied thread with some info?
It's not that she doesn't understand what we're saying because sign language uses a different sentance structure.
