thanks! I've been looking for this information ever since the BBDM for mac came out.

I was a tad confused at first but your pictures helped clarify. So anyone else that may be a little confused as I was,

it's

Telephone Number:*99***1#
Account Name: your 10 digit #
Password: last 6 of your phone#

I had to have BBDM running for OSX to recognize my USB device and authenticate my BB password.
