Hello and THANK YOU in advance for your help!

I just bought a Dell Inspirin 6000 with bluetooth capability, or so it said. I have tried to get it to connect to my bluetooth capable 7250. they are able to see eachother, and i am able to get my bluetooth to recognize and pair with my computer, but i can't get my computer to pair with my blackberry. maybe i am using the wrong passcode? everytime i try 0000 (for both passcodes/pins), as i've seen on other posts and threads, it says there is an authentication failure or it fails to detect a connection service. I am really stuck on what to do, it doesnt make any sense, and it seems like no one else is having this problem. let me know if i can clarify this in any way!
