Ok. I think I follow what you are saying. When you use the MMC Snapin for Active Directory Users and Computers you should be able to expand the "tree" on the left hand side underneath the domain and select a container called
Users. (Like a subfolder in an explorer window would look). In there you should see all the users of the SBS08 box and amongst them is the user you created called BESAdmin.
