I have a BB 8900 v 4.6.1

I have noticed the last few weeks the phone slowing and crashing, especially after a call the phone just seems to lock up and allow me do nothing other then a battery pull.

I have 88MB of free Application Memory. I am thinking of doing a complete factory reset and start over, any thoughts or suggestions?
