Welcome! I came to BlackBerrys much later in life than you, but it was a revelation when I did.

I came here with some questions back when the Curve 8300 first came out. I was trying to get it to work (unlocked) on T-Mobile, seemingly the last carrier in the world to actually release it. Before they did release the Curve and support it you had to jump through hoops to get things like the browser to appear, even with a genuine BlackBerry data plan.

After getting the answers here to get it to work I just stayed around. Great online community, some real characters, and lots of great info.
