Default 9850 bug? - selecting contacts from phone via touch.

Please Login to Remove!

On my 9850 running .353, when I hit the "phone" button I get three tabs across the top of the screen - keypad, call list, and contacts. That's as it should be.

But...if I select the contacts tab and then use the (virtual) keyboard to type a partial name and get a list of contacts, when I touch a contact to select it, the phone defaults to the first contact listed on the screen, regardless of which one in the list that I actually touched. This problem does NOT happen if I use the trackpad to select a contact from the list, nor does it happen if I manually scroll down through contacts an select one while in "phone", or if I access contacts from the home screen without being in "phone".

I saw one other post about a 9860 doing this. Was wondering if others are having the same issue, and if there's a fix (other than maybe the alleged .374 VZW release slated to happen today?)
