Yes I know I should do that, but the problem is that when I connect the BB to the pc, an error message pops in the screen saying that windows can't recognize the device and the BB doesn't appear in the Computer screen. That's why Desktop Manager can't recognize my BB when I connect it to the pc.

I have another post where I explain better my problem, you can check it out if you want. Please I need an answer. Thanks!
