It has been stated that most of the new capabilities for BES 4 can be appreciated with 3.8 on the 7100t device.

We have a mixed bag of TMobile RIM devices including several 7100t's and we have recently upgraded to BES 4 for Exchange. The 7100t devices are running 3.8.0.18 for now. We did see the new pic as email attachment capabilty with the upgrade.

Will we get the PIM OTA sync (contacts specifically) or do we need to wait for the handheld 4.0 software? If we should have it, do I need to do more to get it? ...uninstall the desktop software? ...disable the redirector?
