Problem is, that if you hit the hang up button you loose the call. If you are standing there talking to someone and about to finish the conversation, and would just like to have the ringer silenced for a few more seconds while you finish the face to face, you can't do it! I hate that! I would love to be able to hit the "Mute" button to silence the ringer without having to interact with the phone any more.
