Well as noted on
THIS page a bit back it depends on how your organization access Exchange. If you have alot of OWA users, then yeah MS recommends you run the DST patch to Exchange after you run the calendar update tool. Otherwise the original order is still listed.
If I haven't mentioned it before... the Exchange Calendar Update is the biggest hack job tool I've seen come out of MS recently. It looks like one person spent like 5 minutes putting it together. It's the only way I can explain how "basic" it is.
To MS:
IT folks like user friendly stuff TOO you know, and this tool is anything but!
