I can't speak for ScreenPatronus, but you should let them know of your dissatisfaction or even ask for your money back if you aren't willing to try a second set. They would probably appreciate your letting them know there is a defect in the ones you purchased.
I am betting at that point you will be pleased with their customer service, at least.
