In Pocketmac (the software I am trying at the moment), there is an option under "Mail" that allows to copy Inbox and sent mails in the BB to OSXMail or Entourage.
Maybe I wasn't very clear, but I wanted to know if there is a chance to do to the same with Seamonkey or if Missing Sync has the option to choose a different email client.
